Mississippi Consumer Finance Association announces new leaders

The Mississippi Consumer Finance Association (MCFA) recently announced new leaders in the organization for 2018 -2019.

Michael Weaver has been elected to serve as President of the MCFA Board of Directors. Weaver is a partner in Sebastopol Finance, Westside Finance, Union Finance, Walnut Grove Finance, and Longleaf Finance. He replaces Rex Ellison, President and CEO of Republic Finance, who will serve as the immediate past president. Norman Tyner has been elected to serve as Vice President. Tyner is the owner of Poplarville Financial Services. J. Michael Culpepper has been elected to serve as the Secretary/Treasurer. Culpepper is the President/COO of First Heritage Credit.
